Shipping & delivery

Shipping is free on orders of 2 or more items, or any bundle, applied automatically at checkout. For a single item a standard shipping fee applies, shown in your local currency at checkout. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and typically arrive within 5–10 business days. You receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. All orders ship from our EU warehouse, so there are no additional import duties or tariffs to pay.

Returns, exchanges & warranty

We offer a 30-day open purchase, exchanges for a different size or model, and a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. Available payment methods may vary by region — you will see what is available at checkout.

Pricing

All prices are shown in your local currency where supported and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. A binding agreement is formed once you receive your order confirmation by email.
