Refund Policy

At Calm by Astrid we want you to love wearing your ring. If something isn't right, we keep returns and exchanges simple. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible, the ring should be unused and returned in its original packaging, complete with any parts it came with.

How to start a return or exchange

Email our team at hello@calmbyastrid.com with your order number and a short note about the reason. We reply within 24 hours and guide you through the next steps.

Costs & shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an incorrect item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The exact return cost is shown in your local currency when you start your return.

Exchanges

Would you like a different size or model? Request an exchange within 30 days. Once we receive and approve the returned ring, we send your replacement — you cover the cost of the new shipment, and any price difference for a different model applies.

Inspection & refunds

We inspect every returned item within a few business days of receiving it and notify you of the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Right of withdrawal

In addition to the above, you always have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU and Swedish consumer law, counted from the day you receive your order.

2-year warranty

Every ring is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear is not covered. If you believe your ring has a manufacturing fault, email hello@calmbyastrid.com with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Order cancellation

We start preparing orders quickly — sometimes within hours — so we cannot always guarantee a cancellation. If you would like to cancel, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best if your order has not yet shipped.
