1. Delivery
Shipping information
- Free shipping: For purchases over 399 SEK.
- Shipping cost: SEK 49 for purchases under SEK 399.
Order processing
- We process your order within 1-3 business days (packing and preparation for delivery).
Delivery time
- After processing, delivery takes 6-10 business days , depending on your location.

2. Right of withdrawal
Statutory right of withdrawal: When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the date you have received the goods you ordered.
2.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:
- Message: Send a message to info@astridjewelry.se with your name, address, email address, order number and which items the return applies to.
- Returns: Return the products within 14 days of notifying us of your cancelled purchase.
- Return shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping (59 SEK) and is responsible for the condition of the products upon return. The products must be sent well packaged and in the original packaging.
- Decrease in value: In the event of use that reduces the value of the product, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund.

3. Complaints
- Right of complaint: According to Swedish law, you have a three-year right of complaint for products that are defective or do not correspond to the description at the time of purchase.
- Notification: Contact us at info@astridjewelry.se with your name, address, email address, order number and a description of the error.
- Handling of complaints: If the complaint is approved, we will cover the return shipping. You can choose between receiving a new item or getting your money back.
5. Refund
- Approved Returns: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email whether it has been approved or rejected.
- Refund Processing: Upon approval of a return, the amount will be refunded to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
