Terms of purchase

1. Order

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided when purchasing. In the order confirmation, you will find information about your products, prices, and billing and shipping addresses.
If anything in the order confirmation is incorrect, please contact us immediately via email at info@astridjewelry.se

2. Delivery

Delivery time
The average delivery time is 8–12 days from order to delivery . The delivery time is an average and can in some cases be affected by, for example, high load on carriers.

Notification
Notification of delivery is made via the local delivery company (for example PostNord, Instabox, Bring or similar) via text message, email or app, based on the contact information you provided when ordering.
In some cases, notification may not be provided, which is why we recommend that you follow the delivery yourself via the tracking link we send.

Delays
If the delivery is delayed without us informing you about this, you are welcome to contact us at info@astridjewelry.se Delays due to carriers or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

3. Prices

All prices on the website are stated in SEK excluding VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of, for example, changes in supplier, printing errors or incorrect price information.

4. Right of withdrawal and open purchase

4.1 Statutory right of withdrawal

When purchasing on our website, you as a customer have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal , calculated from the day you received the goods.

4.2 30-day open purchase

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a 30-day return policy , calculated from the day you received your order.

Open purchase applies under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused , in new condition and returned in its original packaging.

  • Returns should be initiated by contacting us via info@astridjewelry.se

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Open purchase does not apply to products that are used, damaged or handled to a greater extent than necessary to determine their properties.

4.3 Upon return (right of withdrawal or open purchase)

  • Message: Contact us via info@astridjewelry.se and provide your name, address, email address, order number and which goods the return applies to.

  • Returns: The product must be returned within 14 days of receiving the return form from us.

  • Decrease in value: We reserve the right to make deductions for any decrease in value if the item does not meet the conditions above.

Uncollected packages are not considered a valid cancelled or open purchase.

5. Unclaimed packages

If a package is returned to us due to not being picked up:

  • If you do not wish to receive a new shipment, the order amount will be refunded minus a handling fee of SEK 149 , which covers return shipping and administration.

  • If you wish the order to be resent, a new shipping cost of SEK 49 will be added. New dispatch will be made after agreement via email.

It is the customer's responsibility to follow the delivery via the tracking link. The carrier is responsible for notifying when the package is ready for pickup.

6. Complaints and claims

We check all products before they are shipped. Should the item still be damaged or faulty upon receipt, please contact us immediately via info@astridjewelry.se.

According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you have the right to complain about a product for up to 3 years , provided that the defect is original. If the complaint is approved, we will fix the defect free of charge, or alternatively offer a replacement or refund.

We reserve the right to refuse complaints that are not covered by applicable consumer protection legislation. In the event of a dispute, we follow the guidelines of the Swedish National Board of Consumer Complaints (ARN).

7. Product information

We reserve the right to make corrections or to cancel any printing errors or end-of-sale products. Images on the website represent the products as accurately as possible, but color differences may occur depending on screen and lighting conditions.

Product information regarding materials is based on information from our manufacturers and third-party testing, such as REACH testing. Minor variations may occur.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect damages that may arise from the use of the product. We are also not liable for delays or deficiencies due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), such as transport disruptions, government decisions or supplier problems.

9. Changes to terms and conditions

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The applicable terms and conditions are always those published on the website at the time of ordering.

10. Dispute and choice of law

In the event of a dispute, we will follow the decision of the Swedish National Board of Complaints (ARN). Disputes shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
EU-resident customers can also use the European Commission's platform for dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
